Subject: Great Show & recording

I love good Audience recordings, the sound is never as good as a soundboard but the Vibe is there, and the vibe to me is important. And as this was my first show the vibe is EVERYTHING... Franklins Tower and Especially Satisfaction are songs that have rung in my ears ever since. Listening to Satisfaction with Phil just slamming it made my day (every one of the 10 times I replayed it today LOL)- nobody rocked like the Dead did nothing compares.

Subject: 1st Set - Jerry on FIRE

You need to hear the audience to really appreciate this show. That first set was JOF all the way. His voice, his playing, the whole package. The way his screams "Poor Boy's on the Line!" and "On a Northbound Train!" He was in a very special place this night (regardless of how he got there).

I like listening to SBDs of this one to hear the clarity of play, but the audience was a big part of the show. Hampton was always cool, but this night it was hot!

GREAT!
finally an AUD that is in proper pitch.
This show was insane w a very high energy level.
It kicked off The East Coast tour and was the East Coast breakout of H>S>F to open SET II>
The place erupted.
Always good shows in Hampton.
4 stars only because the beginning of Bertha is missing
